Like many of you, my interest in motorsports started early. My first car, an '85 Mustang GT, was apart more than it was together. My college internship introduced me to professional sportscar racing. After graduation I busted knuckles as a weekend wrencher for various NASA, SCCA, and Grand-Am teams before I found myself holding a camera more than a ratchet. I then switched my focus from weekend wrenching to full-time motorsports photography.
These days you'll find me photographing various automotive incarnations for enthusiast magazines and heading out to the track for my weekly dose of hydrocarbons and sunblock.
As a gearhead-turned-photographer, I specialize in capturing the dramatic human, technical, and competitive elements of motorsports. Activities in the pits and paddock receive the same attention as on-track action. Contact me for the unique images you desire to secure sponsorship, promote your team, or simply provide a memento of your racing weekend.
