Like many of you, my interest in tweaking cars started early. My first car, a 1985 Mustang GT, was apart more than it was together. It served as college transportation—and parts doner to my Chick Magnet project.
My internship introduced me to professional sportscar racing. I subsequently busted knuckles as a weekend wrencher before I found myself holding a camera more than a ratchet. The birth of my son, Will, introduced me to a new challenge: being a dad.
These days you'll find me photographing various automotive incarnations between tripping on colorful blow-molded toys and heading out to the track for my weekly dose of hydrocarbons and sunblock.
As a gearhead-turned-shutterbug, I specialize in capturing the dramatic human, technical, and competitive elements of motorsports. Activities in the pits and paddock receive the same attention as on-track action. Contact me for unique images you desire to secure sponsorship, promote your team, or simply provide a memento of your racing weekend.
